Vietnamese Community of Orange County (VNCOC)
VNCOC is a non-profit agency dedicated to providing comprehensive health and human support services to low-income families. VNCOC also provides bilingual and bicultural services for the Vietnamese community. VNCOC has taken a leadership role in the community by providing health education and health promotion programs. The guiding philosophy behind VNCOC is to enable traditionally underserved local communities to actively participate in mainstream life through empowerment and capacity building. Over the years VNCOC’s services have directly touched the lives of more than 150,000 local residents.
