Orange County Health Department
The Orange County Environmental Health’s mission is to control harmful conditions in the environment to protect public health and promote the well being of all Orange County residents, workers and visitors. Orange County Health Care Agency – Environmental Health (OCHCA-EH) oversees retail establishments with regard to management and handling of food products. OCHCA-EH conducts routine monitoring and inspections of the retail establishments in Orange County. For the ICs program, OCHA-EHD provides guidance in identifying markets and retail establishments that are likely to carry white croaker.
